Dr. George and Mary Herron FamilyIthaca, Michigan
Am seeking information on the Dr. George and Mary Herron
family. They originally were from Venango, PA. The are found in the 1880
Michigan census of Gratiot County. Their son, William M. Herron is my
g/grandfather. He married an Ella Palmer. They had 3 daughters, Bessie,
Myrtle (my grandmother) and May. William and Ella were long time residents of
the Ithaca/Alma area. They
passed away in 1921 and 1923 respectively. My grandmother, Myrtle attended
school in Ithaca. Later married Alfred D. Hallock. Their family consisted of
2 daughters and 2 sons, Edwin D. being my father. They were all born in
Ithaca and also attended schools in the Ithaca area. Would appreciate any
